вообщем решил спросить у импая и написал туда письмо вот ответ
"shipping will be very expensive.... it is hard to say for sure how much the freight will cost, but i'm thinking you might need your items shipped in two frame boxes, plus another box of parts. if you have three boxes, then freight can be expensive. each frame box could be anywhere from 80.00-90.00 -- then, the parts box can be another 90.00-100.00
i would expect to pay anywhere from 250.00-300.00 in freight.
then, you will have to pay some taxes on each box when the box arrives in Russia.
also.. if you have any custom wheel building done, there is a Two Week wait just for wheels.
