4 MM DROPOUTS / The New Deal is a all around pegless frame. Dropouts are 4 mm thick, small and heat treated. Perfect for pegless riding. You can ride the New Deal frame with pegs.
HOWEVER, Superstar can not assume any warranty on dropouts if you ride with pegs. For the simple reason that we did not test the New Deal with pegs. The alternative is the use of Superstar Micropegs. We invented these Micropegs first. Then we decided to make a frame designed especially for the pegless rider.
New Deal frame + Micropegs = modern setup.
